I came out during the holidays looking for a school I can dance salsa(ON2) to. I was recommended by a friend to try out the academy and what a great experience it was.The academy esthetic feels very vintage and authentic and I really like that in a studio as it makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Which is how you need to feel when you dance Salsa. All the students and aids are also very engaging and happy to be there. We all come in excited to move and what a way to end my night dancing! Christien is a wonderful instructor and a funny guy, super friendly and he knows how to present himself in a way where he’s extremely open as a teacher. To me that’s important, a student is only as good as his teacher and with the vibes, the energy, the style he brings to salsa; I’ll be coming back for more during my time here!
