Service Description

This class follows a structured 8-week syllabus designed to progressively build your skills. Walk-ins are always welcome. Each week, you’ll learn new moves and techniques focused on footwork, partner connection, and timing — with a strict emphasis on Salsa On2. Ideal for dancers ready to elevate their social dancing, you’ll develop cleaner execution and a deeper understanding of salsa rhythm. Partner work is a core part of every class, helping you build confidence and connection on the dance floor. This class is dedicated exclusively to Salsa On2, including introducing different timing patterns essential to the style.

Cancellation Policy

Acacia Latin Dance Company LLC Booking, Conduct & Classroom Policy Booking & Cancellation All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for cancellations made less than 6 hours before class. This applies to classes, workshops, socials, private lessons, and packages. Classes may be rescheduled at the company’s discretion with prior notice. Respect & Inclusivity Our studio is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated. Respect everyone’s boundaries, names, and pronouns. Violations may lead to removal without refund. Studio Conduct Classes are held at Parkville Sounds. Respect the facility, staff, and policies. Only water is allowed in the classroom; food must stay in the lobby. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited. Participants are responsible for their belongings. Any damage to the studio caused by negligence or misconduct will be billed to the participant. Parkville Sounds reserves the right to enforce their rules at all times. Media Release By attending, you consent to photos and videos for marketing unless you notify us in writing before class. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but exclusion from group media cannot be guaranteed. Liability & Safety Participation is at your own risk. Inform instructors of medical conditions before class. Dance shoes are strongly recommended; light sneakers may be worn only in Salsa 101. Intoxicated participants will be denied entry without refund. Classroom Etiquette Respect the Instructor: Give your full attention; side conversations belong in the lobby. Phones Away: Silence devices; step outside for calls. Late Arrivals: Observe first, then join without disrupting. Mind Your Space: Don’t block mirrors; keep movements controlled. Respect Partners: Encourage, don’t criticize. Corrections only if invited. Hygiene Matters: Wear deodorant, bring a towel, and carry extra shirts if needed. Respect the Space: Treat the studio as your own. Safe Space: Inclusivity and kindness are required. Removal Policy: Acacia reserves the right to remove any student for disruptive or unsafe behavior, without refund.
